At BPC we honor and nurture Christ in ourselves and in each person we encounter along the way. The church is a thriving community of believers, seekers, and lovers of the Word of God. BPC has a long tradition of outreach and service to the local and world community.

Every year members from churches of the Presbytery of the Peaks go learn about what is happening on the ground in Guatemala through our mission partner, CEDEPCA (the Protestant Center for Pastoral Studies in Central America). This year, that trip will also include a tree planting opportunity as the people of Guatemala get ready for the rainy season.

Each year they put together a wish list of office supplies and First Aid kit supplies for the team to bring when they come. This years trip will take place August 14th-21st.

If you would like to donate items from the list you can do so by bringing them to the church and leaving them in the red bin in the gathering space by Sunday, August 13th. You can find the wish list in the Gathering Space at the Welcome Window or by clicking here: CEDEPCA Wish List.

Pastor Catherine Taylor is on sabbatical from May 1st to August 1st. During this time we have a community of pastors who are stepping in to help with pastoral care and with leading worship on Sunday mornings. Routine pastoral care will be carried out by the elders and deacons.

The pastors listed here are on call for hospitalization and funerals/memorial services, or other emergencies.

July 2-July 29: Andrew Taylor-Troutman, Pastor, New Dublin Presbyterian Church
July 30-31: Linda Dickerson, Pastor, Northside Presbyterian Church
